You may have heard that Honda took its Formula 1 car to Bonneville in attempt to set an F1 speed record. They eventually succeeded in recording a flying mile at 400.459 kph (248.8337 mph), with a two-way average of 393.613 kph (244.580 mph). They promised us pictures, but we haven’t seen them yet. In fact, the only shots other than a couple of publicity stills we’ve been able to find anywhere came from the BBC. Thanks, Beeb.
